Stone Memorial Library

CONNEAUTVILLE - Welcome 2019! A new year and a new beginning. Out with the old and in with the new. Stone Memorial Library has been adding new books, movies, and new programs to keep the community engaged in their life long learning. We are excited to see people taking advantage of the different programs we are offering.

During January we will be getting back to our regular Storytime on Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. If you haven’t joined us before, we invite you to come and check it out. Miss Julie has an excellent program that consists of stories, crafts, singing, and playing. Storytime is always a highlight of our week!

On Saturday, January 26, you will want to join us for a new activity – Doodle Pens! Draw in the air! Doodle anything in 3D with the 3Doodler pen. Lift your imagination off the page! The 3Doodler works by extruding heated plastic that cools almost instantly into a solid, stable structure, allowing for the free-hand creation of three-dimensional objects.

Please call the library at 587-2142 to sign up.

Book club will be on Thursday, January 17, at 6:30 p.m. We will be reading “Then She Was Gone” by Lisa Jewell. You can get a copy of the book at the library.

Stone Memorial Library is located at 1101 Main Street, Conneautville, PA. Hours are Monday & Friday 1-6, Tuesday & Thursday 9-6, and Saturday from 9-1. You can reach us at 587-2142.
