CONNEAUTVILLE - Are the cold, wintry nights starting to get you down? Why not come to the library and check out our movie/book display? Popcorn, cocoa, book, and a movie….doesn’t get much better than that!

Tax season has arrived and the forms are now available. We have some PA -40 forms but the supply is limited; the Federal forms are here. Also, another resource for help filling out your taxes is available at Meadville Public Library. You need to call them and to set up an appointment. The number is 814-813-1350 or email them at VITA @ Allegheny.org.

On Thursday, February 28, at 5:00 – 6:30 we are having an Escape Room for teens. If you are interested in any of these programs please call the library for more information and to sign up.

Storytime continues on Tuesdays at 10:00. We have a great group of children and caretakers this year! Miss Julie continues to have exciting stories, crafts, and play stations for everyone. Storytime provides a time of getting to know one another better and it is a great time for learning socialization skills for the children.

Our annual “Reading Challenge” for adults began on Thursday, February 7, and will run for six weeks. There will be a weekly drawing for a prize along with a drawing for a “Grand Prize” at the end of the challenge. You can sign up and get the reading list at the library. For every book you read you will get a coupon to enter into the drawing for a “Thirty One” bag filled with gift cards and prizes.

The library will begin offering technology classes again. If you are in need of any help with your phone, iPad, or computer skills be sure to call so we can schedule a class for you.
