SPRINGBORO - We are fighting the “winter blues” here at the Library. Our new book selections include many of today’s “red hot” authors! Like us on Facebook to see our most recent romance novels for Valentine month.

The library is the best place to fight cabin fever. During March, the library will be hosting a painting party. Local artist, Tammy Clement, will lead a canvas painting event and she will provide step by step instructions on painting. A pre-registration fee covers all materials. Stop by to peruse the books on display or on the shelves! Our selection includes everything from Mechanics to Mysteries.

The library has more to offer than ever! We currently have books, magazines, movies, music CDs, play aways and books on CD. We have a variety of materials for the whole family. Patrons are welcome to come in and read or use the internet in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. In addition, our children’s corner features books, games and toys. CONNEAUTVILLE - The winner of our Winter Reading Challenge Gift Bag is - - - Wilma Myers! A big thank you to everyone that participated by reading. Just because the challenge is over doesn’t mean you have to stop reading. We hope you continue to come to the library.

Green was the theme of our story time this week. Leprechauns, shamrocks, and green snacks were enjoyed by all. We also enjoyed some very special St. Patrick’s Day yoga. Story time is a great way for children, and their caregivers, to interact with one another. You’re invited to join us at 10:00 on Tuesday mornings. You never know what kind of fun Miss Julie has planned.
