CONNEAUTVILLE - Starting in July there will be a program called “ Summer in the Son.” Every Wednesday and Thursday 10 am - 1 pm, at Lord Mason Park for grades 1-5. There is no charge and lunch will be provided. Come Join! Crafts, activities, games and lots of Summer fun!
We’d like to thank everyone for coming out to the TOUCH-A-TRUCK event and the Erie County Bookmobile. Both were a big success and a great kick off to the Summer Reading Program. There is still so much fun to be had! Please read the list below for up incoming events.
No events Tuesday, July 4th, and the Library will be closed. Have a safe and fun filled Independence day!
July 11th: Bricks for Kidz ( Lego Challenge)
July 18th: Tamarack Wildlife Center ( This event will be held down at the Rolling fields Pond )
July 25th: Erie Zoo
August 1st: Cooperative games and Family Picnic- Grand prize drawings and book give-aways.
Also, as part of our summer reading program, the teens and tweens will be meeting Thursday afternoons from 2:00 - 3:30 at the library. This will be a time for reading, building, and of course, SNACKS! Funding for the summer reading programs provided by the Erie/Crawford library district and local businesses. Thank you! For all that you do to make the summer reading program a success!
Our annual book sale will be held July 24th through 29th during regular library hours. This is a great time to add to your home collection and make room at the library for more new materials.
August 1st we will be taking part in the National Night Out, yet again. We will be selling sandwiches, chips and drinks to raise money to help with the needs of the library. We would love to have you stop by and support the library.

Adults can participate in reading groups and take advantage of Universal classes online with over 500 subjects to choose from.
