The library wants to thank all who attended the Springboro Public Library’s 70th Anniversary Fundraising Painting Party - presented by www.artsocialsw-tac.com, and hosted by “TheMovies@Meadville” with no experience necessary! It was easy! It was relaxing! It was fun! And it raised money for the library!

The “Senior Cafés” are back! Please tell friends and join in on Monday, November 10th for the “Fall Harvest Senior Café” from noon to 2:00 p.m.

Calling all preschool moms! The library has started the fun exciting preschool story time with crafts and healthy treats! Next dates are Wednesday, November 5th and Wednesday, November 19th at 10:30 a.m.

The 70th Anniversary (1944 – 2014) celebration is here! We are hosting “Patron Cafés” in the meeting room during regular operating hours. Join other patrons on daily walks down memory lane with memorabilia displays and stories of library days through the years.

Stone Memorial Library

CONNEAUTVILLE - Story Hour will be held Tuesday,October 28 at 10:00 a.m. This week’s book selections will be How Big Could Your Pumpkin Grow by Wendell Minor and Pumpkin Town by Katie McKy.

There will be no story hour on November 4.

The Book Club will be meeting for another good read on November 6, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A Walk In The Woods by Bill Bryson. Stop by the library to sign up and get your book.

With the nights getting cooler, now would be a good time to come in and check out the new books added to circulation. Whether it is a good mystery or a fine romance, the library is certain all will be pleased with the selections! There is also a great selection of DVD’S to choose from.
