Talk about a guilt trip. I received an absolutely stunning, wonderful, fabulous and full-of-compliments email from my friend, Patricia of Pittsburgh, this morning. She went over-the-top in her description of how I come up with new column ideas on a weekly basis. She stated tenderly something along the lines of my writing flowing like a babbling brook in Egypt and how I conjure new ideas every single week.

On and on she went with a love fest so strong that I think, at one point, my head floated above my body whilst I bathed in her warm words.

Well, wouldn't you know it but...I'm submitting a rerun this week! So much for that terrific creative juice that Patricia claims seeps from my every pore. Oh, well, sorry to disappoint my dear friend but, here is a holiday column from the olden days.

Thank you to Patricia though for her out-of-this-world review of my work. I'm blushing so much that Santa has contacted me and asked that I fill in for Rudolph this year.
